Pulsoid Windows App: Show Your Heart Rate on Stream Without a Phone

Want to show your heart rate on stream without using your phone? Now you can.

With the Pulsoid Desktop app for Windows, you can send your heart rate directly to your PC and use it in your stream. No phone needed.

Perfect for streamers who want a simpler, PC-only setup.

Your PC must support Bluetooth, or you’ll need a Bluetooth adapter.

Note: On desktop PCs, the Bluetooth signal can be weak due to adapter placement (for example, at the back of the case or inside a metal chassis). This may cause connection issues. If that happens, using the Pulsoid mobile app may give you a more stable connection.

How to set it up

Note: Smartwatches (Wear OS, Fitbit, Garmin, etc.) and fitness trackers (Xiaomi, Huawei, Amazfit) are not supported on Windows, but they still work with the mobile app.

2. Create an account on pulsoid.net

3. Install the Pulsoid Windows app on your PC

4. Click "Login" in the app. Your browser will open; log in to your account if needed, then select Open Pulsoid to return to the app.

5. Click “Continue”

6. Put on your heart rate monitor and click “Scan BLE Heart Rate Monitors”

7. Select your device from the list

Your heart rate monitor is now connected

You can now configure your widget, add your heart rate to VRChat, or use it however you like with Pulsoid.
